Erin Benson

I am currently a stay-at-home mom who likes to think of myself as an urban homesteader. From gardening and raising chicken to making my own deodorant and dish detergent, I sometimes push the edge of living simply. Apparently butt wipes were too much for my family so we do use toilet paper now. My formal credentials include a degree Master in Nonprofit Management and many years of work in ministry with young adults in campus ministry and a post-graduate volunteer program.
